This week the Lambcast tackles one of the most monumental film franchises of all time, Peter Jackson’s adaptions of J.R.R. Tolkien’s “The Lord of the Rings”. Heather Baxendale-Walsh championed the Franchise to victory in the poll and she takes over the discussion with the passion you would expect from a huge fantasy fan. Howard Casner, Todd Liebenow and Matthew Simpson join our fellowship for the podcast and everyone has lots to say, which is to be expected when you are dealing with three films that are all more than three hours long.
We start off with some personal history on our own initiations into the world of Middle Earth. Some of us read the books and anticipated the films, some saw the films and went to the books, and everyone seems to have some physical media stories to go along with the film going.
